Hello...
I am Rein Couperus, born in 1947... maried since 1972, 2 kids (oh well, kids...).
Enjoying the freedom of retirement from jobs in (technical) product management, advertizing, event organization, network design, company redesign and trouble-shooting, and mangement consultancy since the end of 2001.
The new focus in life is purely fun-oriented. Sailing on Nort Sea and Baltic with our Dutch Traditional 32 ft Zeeschouw Ritzelaer, traveling through Europe with our camper, writing Ham Radio software for Linux, operating the Radio (morse telegraphy) from wherever we are. And seeking the sun.... whether on wheels or afloat!!
Oh, and the ham radio callsign is PA0R. Formerly PA0RCT and DJ0LN. With guest operation during contests at stations like TS7N, CT9L, PI4TUE.

This weblog is mainly for my own use... I tend to forget how exciting life is most of the time...
